Terms And Definitions

Survey Screen - This is the screen that comes up when "Add new Survey" button is pressed on the "+" on the Browse page. You will adjust and calculate your bids in this window.

Cleaning Estimate and Special Bid Instructions Screen(Bid Page) - In this screen you see the calculated prices for nine different sweeping frequencies and the Special Bid Instructions box where you can type in the information that will print out under Comments on the CBS.

Customer Bid Sheet (CBS) - The nine option bid sheet, printed from the program that is given to the owner or manger of the parking lot being bid. This bid sheet shows the computer generated, per sweep and per month prices for nine different sweeping frequencies. It is be customized with your company's information, and can include any promotional or itemized information that you feel is pertinent to any specific bid.

Parking Lot and Island part of the Bid Page Screen - This is the screen where you input the information from the PLWF. This screen contains the data fields listed under Survey Form Functions and Data Fields in the Help File.

Parking Lot Survey Worksheet (PLSW) - Parking Lot Survey Worksheet for gathering information on the parking lot being bid. As many as are needed can be printed from the Bids-A-Lot program. The information collected is then entered into the program to generate a bid.
