The 'Add' button is used to create a new survey/data entry. This could cover the same parking lot or a completely different one.

The 'Delete' button or an icon is used to delete the current survey record. When you delete it all information for this survey and bid is lost.

The 'Save' button is only active when the user is adding or editing a set of survey/bid information. When you click the 'Save' button you make the changes permanent until the next edit.

The 'Recalculate' is used to recalculate the bid when the charge standard is changed. This will override any bid amounts changed after original calculation.

The 'Preveiw & Print Bid Form Options' area gives you a selection of preformatted Biid Forms, choose the one that best suits your Company. For the 2 on the right, you will need to send us your logo,( to do this click the link below the Forms). Click on the Form Link. The default Windows printer is used. To print the bid, click the printer icon on the top menu of your browser or click File ->Print. If it is your first time browser printing you may need to change the default browser headers, footers and maybe margins. To remove the default headers and footers click File->Page Setup and empty out the header and footer boxes.

The 'Logout' button will log you off of the site where you have the option to go back to the Bids-A-Lot home page.
