BIDS-A-LOT grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Bids-A-Lot program and all of its associated files (SOFTWARE) on a single computer system subject to the conditions of this license.

The SOFTWARE is owned by BIDS-A-LOT or its suppliers and is protected by United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. A copy of the SOFTWARE may be made to protect it from loss and the SOFTWARE may be transferred from one to another.

No warranties, whether written, express or implied, are given for the use of this product. This specifically excludes all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular use.

BIDS-A-LOT or any of its representatives shall not be liable with respect to the SOFTWARE or otherwise for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall liability for any reason and upon any cause of action whatsoever exceed the purchase price of the SOFTWARE.

You may not sub license, assign, or transfer the enclosed SOFTWARE to another party unless that party agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you transfer the SOFTWARE you must notify BIDS-A-LOT of such a transfer (including all relevant information) immediately and you must transfer all copies of the SOFTWARE to the same party or destroy any copies not transferred.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
